Cozy Cabins and Campfires with Duraflame

Hi guys!

As many of you know, I'm a big fan of all things cozy (cabins and campfires, to name a couple!). That's why I was so happy to be able to combine the two with a trip to the cutest cabin in Washington - which also happened to be the halfway point of my big road trip! Packing for a five week trip is all about organization, and with Duraflame, I didn't have to worry about the mess of traditional firewood bundles. I was able to pack two boxes of Duraflame Stax Firelogs, as well as a handful of Duraflame Roasting Logs, and effortlessly grab them when we arrived.

After settling in, we knew the best way to end the night was with a round of s'mores. I grabbed three of the Duraflame Roasting Logs and set them up in our outdoor fire pit. I love how simple these logs are to light! We had a roaring fire in minutes (and toasted marshmallows not much longer after that).

The following morning, we decided to have a cozy fire indoors in the wood stove. Since we wouldn't be cooking any food, we switched over to Duraflame Stax Firelogs. Like the Roasting logs, these are super easy to light. With a single match, just light the paper, sit back, and relax! I also love that Stax logs are made from 100% renewable resources, like recycled wood fiber. They're specially designed to be enjoyed both indoors in fireplaces and wood stoves, as well as outside. That makes them easy to enjoy year round (which I'll definitely be doing once the colder weather sets in!).

Duraflame Stax Firelogs  are available in a box of 3 stackable, crackling logs, which is all you need for one evening's fire! For our wood stove fire, we actually only needed a couple logs. I couldn't believe how much heat it gave off! The Stax Firelogs definitely helped up the cozy factor of our trip, and have me daydreaming of long Winter nights ahead.
